Summary	0001360: Remove redundant md5 implementations
Description	There are currently 4 different md5 implementations in the source tree. We should at least get rid of those in src/plugins/daap/daap_md5.* and src/plugins/sid/md5.* and use the bindata implementation instead. There's also an implementation in src/plugins/mp4/mp4ff/drms.c, but that has been copied together with a bunch of other files from some external project, so we should probably keep it to make later updates of that code easier.
