| Summary | 0000907: mms-streams which aren't reachable will hang xmms2d | ||||
| Description |
If an mms stream is not reachable (Today e.g. mms://stream2.orf.at/oe3_live) [^] mplayer would go to STOPPED right after it tries buffering whereas the mms-plugin hangs forever. After that xmms2d is not working anymore and needs to be killed, it shows playlistposition changes still but cannot set up output. There should be at least a timeout which prevents that behaviour. <anderscore> it blocks in mms_read in xmms_mms_read xmms2d cannot be killed with SIGINT then, SIGTERM is needed |
