Summary	0000908: Does not handle samplerate changes
Description	While playing a shout/icecast stream and the stream changes samplerate, it will not compensate and will continue in the last samplerate, making music go from normal to chipmunk, stop and play will fix it, after the song is done it goes from normal to bob dylan.
