0002321: cdda plugin repeatedly probes the same drive

Description

At the moment when you add a cdda:// URL to the playlist, the drive gets probed to check if it can read CDDA data and to determine the endianness.

When you add a second track via cdda:// the same drive gets probed again.

When you begin playback, the drive gets probed yet again.

When you go from track 1 to track 2 on the same disc, the drive gets probed again.

If you add a cdda:// URL while a track is being played, the current song gets interrupted for a few seconds while the drive gets probed.

The plugin should probably probe the drive once on first playback, then remember it so that it doesn't need to be probed again.
